Where to go next
You have considered authority, shared responsibility, accountable power, and stewardship for the common good. Before leaving the course, return to a practical decision that matters in your setting. Ask what good it serves, who carries its costs, what authority and evidence apply, and who can question it safely.
Ask honestly whether you are willing and able to carry your present role. If you are not, arrange a proper handover to someone who is. You can accept another place of service with humility and grace. A title is no reason to leave the work undone.
Put one change into practice
Choose a modest improvement that you can actually carry. Identify the responsible person, the resources, the limits, an early warning, an outcome worth watching, and a date for review. Listen to people affected by it, including those who are less comfortable speaking to you. A smaller reliable change can serve better than an ambitious promise that depends on exhaustion.
The private improvement exercise is not uploaded or marked. It belongs to your continuing practice. Protect confidential information when discussing it with a colleague or mentor.
Check your results
Your certificate requires at least 80 per cent in all four unit quizzes. If a result is missing, return to the relevant quiz and review its status. If both attempts are unsuccessful or an access problem affected your work, contact getsupport@ministry.institute for help rather than creating another account.
When you have passed all four quizzes, open the certificate activity to receive your certificate. You can then visit My Credentials & Records to download your certificate and transcript, open its public verification record, or choose how to share it. The certificate records this study; the continuing task is to exercise responsibility truthfully and well in the place where you serve.
